ABOUT US

Company History

BWU is a licensed, bonded and insured State Certified General Contractor founded in 2021 by two passionate partners with a strong background in engineering and a deep enthusiasm for construction. Our focus is on the residential and commercial market.

Starting with smaller projects, we have progressively taken on medium and large-scale initiatives. Our dedication to growth has always been a key element of our strategy. We aspire to become a landmark in south Florida recognized for the quality services and the work performed

Based in a solid engineering background and field inspection knowledge, we specialize in Building Restoration, offering services ranging from repairing existing structures to bringing it back to its original condition or improvement its functionality and prevent deterioration while ensuring compliance with current building codes.

At BWU we understand the daily challenges faced by property managers and board members during the projects, our management team provides planning schedule and budgetary projection, tracking progress against the project plan to ensure tasks are completed on time and ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes

Founder

With a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Angel embarked on the journey of establishing BWU in the South Florida market, bringing a track record of more than 10 years in the execution of projects in the residential and commercial sectors. He focuses on the operation and logistics of managing the business and clients. His purpose is to expand the portfolio and develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure long-term sustainability

Co-Founder

With a bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering and extensive experience in design, execution, and project management, Miguel has leveraged his expertise to co-found BWU. His vision and commitment to excellence in every aspect of construction have been instrumental in driving the company to become one of the most reputable in South Florida. His leadership has established a strong foundation for the company’s continued success.
